DELIVERY: Delivery is priced by mileage to your event address, with setup and takedown included. Check your delivery fee.
WEATHER: Inflatables cannot operate in winds of 20 mph or higher or in heavy rain. If unsafe conditions are forecast, our team will contact you about canceling or rescheduling. For unfavorable weather, you may reschedule at no additional cost or receive a refund of the amount paid minus Square’s 3% transaction fee. Read the weather and cancellation policy.
USE AND SUPERVISION: Follow the rules and rider limits for your specific rental and the instructions provided at setup.
CLEANING: All inflatables and equipment are cleaned, disinfected, and serviced after each rental.
SETUP: Check the dimensions and setup needs for your chosen rental. Tell us the surface type, delivery access, and available power location before booking. For water rentals, we provide a 25-foot hose; have an additional hose available if the water source is farther away.
BOOKING: Standard rentals are up to 6 hours. A 35% deposit of your grand total is required, with the remaining balance due the Thursday before your event. Read all rental FAQs.
