Bounce House and Party Rental FAQs

Bounce house rentals start at $175 for up to 6 hours. Each rental’s starting price is listed on its product page. Starting prices by rental type are:

• Bounce houses: $175
• Bounce and slide combos: $250
• Water slides: $325
• Dry inflatable slides: $300
• Concession machines: $100

Delivery is charged separately based on mileage to your event location.

Standard rentals are for up to 6 hours. Choose your event date and times when checking availability online.

Yes. Overnight rentals are available for an additional $50 per inflatable. Select the overnight option when booking, or contact us for help arranging your rental.

Yes. Tell us the ages of your guests, what kind of event you’re planning, and how much space you have. We’ll help you choose a rental that fits.

Backyard birthdays are a big part of what we do. We also provide rentals for school events, church gatherings, company picnics, community events, and family celebrations.

Yes. Event attendants are available for $75 per hour. Contact us to discuss staffing for your event.

A deposit of 35% of your grand total is required for your reservation.

Your remaining balance is due on the Thursday before your event.

We accept cards, cash, business checks, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Afterpay. Checks are accepted from businesses only.

We deliver throughout the greater Indianapolis area and neighboring communities, including Greenwood, Indianapolis, Whiteland, Franklin, Trafalgar, Martinsville, Camby, and Bargersville.

If your location isn’t listed, contact us with your event address so we can check availability.

Yes. Your delivery fee is based on the mileage to your event location. Setup and takedown are included. Visit our delivery area page to enter your address and see the delivery fee.

No. We can set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt, and indoors when the space is suitable. Tell us the surface type when you book so we can plan the appropriate anchoring system.

Yes. All of our inflatables and equipment are cleaned, disinfected, and serviced after each rental.

Only use water with an inflatable designed for water use. Do not add water to a dry-only inflatable. Browse our water slides, or ask us which units can be used wet.

We provide a 25-foot water hose. If the inflatable will be farther from your water source, please have an additional hose available.

Inflatables cannot operate in winds of 20 mph or higher or in heavy rain. If unsafe conditions are forecast for your event, our team will contact you to discuss canceling or rescheduling.

For unfavorable weather, you have two options:

• Reschedule for a later date at no additional cost.
• Receive a refund of the amount paid, minus Square’s 3% transaction fee.

For a cancellation unrelated to weather, the amount you have paid is issued as a rain check or gift card for a future rental. Contact us to arrange your cancellation.
